CRX 2026

Transform risk into opportunity.

Transform risk into

opportunity.

/ ABOUT THE PROJECT

Optro CRX is an annual conference for audit, risk, compliance, and information security. The 2026 event ran in San Diego for 1,150 attendees in person and 3,000 online.

As the solo motion designer, I translated the visual identity into keynote sequences and speaker introductions, using agentic workflows to carry shared motion guidelines across the program. I owned the month from asset handoff to live execution, working with the design team, executive stakeholders, and stage production.

Executive Keynote

I used the ultra-wide screen to move the Product Wheel between flat diagrams and dimensional views. Each shift in perspective helped explain the structure of Optro’s GRC Intelligence Platform.

Brand elements and product abstractions take shape through shifts in depth and perspective.

A Shared Motion System

I translated Optro’s motion principles into shared guidelines for timing, easing, and sequencing, then used agent-assisted prototypes to apply them across the program. The guidelines gave every prototype the same starting point, and they kept evolving as I refined the final motion by hand.

Pre-visualization

I built an interactive stage pre-vis to help the design team test ideas at stage scale, speed up approvals, and share decisions with production. Drag to orbit and pan around this showcase version.

Case study media

On-site, I worked with executive stakeholders and stage production to fit the motion to the multi-screen setup and speakers’ pacing. I also created a Nasdaq board animation for Richard Chambers’s new book.

Homecoming Party!

I paired kinetic typography with stop-motion rhythms and film-inspired movement to set a playful tone for the conference’s closing Homecoming party.
